Our cozy coastal condo is a relaxing retreat. You can be as busy or as lazy as you’d like. Some visits we just sit back, relax and enjoy the view. Other times we take long walks, chat with those clamming or crabbing right off of the shore. Our favorite place for cocktails and live entertainment is just a 3 minute walk around the corner, The Snug Harbor. We hope you enjoy this little slice of paradise as much as we do!!! ***Please note that our condo is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.

Pet Friendly and Ocean Views! The Otter Rock Surf Yurt overlooks the Devil's Punchbowl beach and an easy walk to Beverly beach, Mo's West Chowder & Seafood, Flying Dutchman Winery, Pura Vida Surf Shop, and Cliffside Coffee & Sweets. The Yurt is equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom and shower, gas heat stove, WiFi/TV, BBQ, and outdoor shower. BYOB - bring your own bedding, with two futons and oversize Paco Pads (firm), we recommend bringing extra blankets for padding and chilly coastal nights.

Find yourself captivated by sunsets. See some of the local deer grazing in the yard. The beach is a short 0.4 mile walk or you could take a short drive to road's end park. Lincoln city has 7 miles of beaches to explore and you may be one of the lucky ones to find a special locally crafted and hidden Glass float.

Dig your toes in the sand and enjoy the quiet, peaceful beach or walk to the nearby shops, restaurants, Spa, or Golf. This 3 bedroom & 2 1/2 bath features two master suites, a gourmet kitchen, custom cabinetry and countertops. Everything is NEW from furniture, mattresses, to linens. Yard fenced.

The river can flood during the months of November, December, January, and February. We may be able to accommodate a request to stay, but weather may require a short notice cancellation. Sleep like a King in the bedroom, or claim the queen bed or sleeper sofa in the living room for the ocean's soothing white noise. A cozy gas fireplace in the living room completes the picture. We also give you access to the HOA's Wi-Fi and cable.

The Dude's Abode A-Frame Private Ocean Access

The Dude's Abode is a small, 1969 A-Frame in the small oceanfront community of the Alpine Chalets. We are set in a forested, high-bank oceanfront 7-Acre setting at Otter Rock, along with 10 other privately owned chalets. The community shares a private path with access to the best surfing beach in the area! Restored to a 1969 vibe, fans of vintage A-Frame villages, surfers, and free spirits will love this spot.

The Swell House

Otter Rock house that offers a comfy atmosphere and immediate access to great surfing and beach-combing! It's an ideal choice for families wanting to get away for a wonderful vacation. The oceanfront Devil’s Punchbowl Park is only two blocks away, and provides direct access to the beach via a wooden staircase. The Otter Rock Marine Reserve is next to the house down a path to beautiful tide-pools
