Pays d’Auge 4 bedroom gite rebuilt in 2020

The property was completely rebuilt in 2020 by a local Architect in the grounds of one of the Pays d'Auge's famous Manors Seigniorial. Situated 800m from Fervaques the property was designed for handicapped access throughout the ground floor. The 3 remaining bedrooms are on the upper floor. The site has been built with respect of the local traditions and is in the middle of 7.5ha estate that you can visit. The property is 35 mins from Deauville & the Normandy coast and 10 minutes from Lisieux

Welcome to Gite Des Roses, set within a 300 year old farmhouse surrounded by the Normandy countryside. Myself, my husband, our dog, cat and 5 free range chickens love it here. Our private one bedroom Gite has been fully renovated to a high spec in 2022 and is ideal for couples wanting a relaxing holiday yet only a 5 minutes drive to the nearest town with all amenities. Local pathways for evening walks overlook the nearby village and surrounding countryside. There is a choice of restaurants a short drive away and the coast is just an our away.
