Backyard is expansive, surrounded by trees, and has dual paths (one wheelchair accessible) to the beach. It even includes outdoor seating, a portable fire pit and hammock! The Ocean Forest Retreat

Far enough from the 101 so all you'll hear is crashing waves and trilling birds. Hiking trail right behind house leads to the famous 804 Trail, the Oregon Coast Trail, Amanda's Trail and Cape Perpetua.

The Seal Cove is a cozy ground level/bottom floor retreat with a hot tub & views of the Siuslaw River from your private backyard. There is an efficiency kitchenette & small bath. High tide you can watch the seals frolicking in the cove. At low tide you can see the seals sunbathing on the sand bar just past the cove (this is how Seal Cove derived its name).
