Beautifully appointed and has a suburban feel yet only 5-6 minutes to uptown, 12 minutes to NODA arts district, and 20 minutes to/from the airport. All necessities are included (see below). Internet, TV & stereo are also at your disposal along with a sitting area and work table. Bright and beautiful feel with large window and skylight. We have everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Our studio guest house iis located in Villa Heights, between Plaza Midwood and NoDa neighborhoods, where good food, breweries, and music abound .*This is a studio, so no private bdrm. Summit Coffee is around the corner and Uptown is a quick trip for business or pleasure. Within a two mile radius is Camp Northend, with food, drinks and shops, and an upscale food court called Optimist Hall. Property is fenced, gated, and has a small landing for smokers OUTSIDE. There is Roku TV.

The bedroom has a king bed (2 twin mattresses together), desk, closets and dresser.
