Birch Cleave Tower is located in Exmoor National Park, in picturesque Simonsbath & offers a unique and enchanting stay. Birch Cleave Tower is a beautifully converted barn, sleeps 2. Please note that due to its unique structure, Birch Cleave Tower may not be suitable for less-abled persons as paddle stairs to bedroom with bathroom on ground floor and is adult only. Birch Cleave Tower enjoys walks across the moor right from the door. Just across the road is Exmoor Forest Inn, ideal for dining out.

Owlscombe is a very special holiday home which is perfect for large family gatherings or friends getting together to relax or celebrate a memorable occasion. The house is a magnificent, modern, 6 bed / 6 bath property that sleeps up to 12 people and is family and pet friendly.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Riverside - Secluded Waters Edge Cottage On Exmoor

Riverside cottage is located on our 100 acre family farm. The cottage is tastefully furnished and comprehensively equipped to meet 'Visit England' 4 star standards. With three bedrooms sleeping 6 plus a cot, a standard size double, super king size double and a further super king double which can be made into two single beds. The Cottage has ample car parking and is smoke free. We do welcome pets in Riverside and outside there is fenced courtyard garden of you and your pets enjoyment.

Kennel Farm lies within the Exmoor National Park on the banks of the River Barle, 1 mile from the beautiful town of Dulverton. The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.

The Linhay - Getaway for Two on Exmoor

The Linhay is the ideal location for a peaceful break in the heart of the Exmoor National Park. It has a cosy sitting area with wood burning stove, a well appointed kitchen and a king size bed with feather duvet and 100% cotton sheets. The cottage is situated on a working farm, the highest on Exmoor. A host of local activities are just a stones throw away: walking, mountain biking, horse riding, sailing, fishing, shooting and country house tours, to name but a few!

The Boathouse - Lee Bay, Devon

Located on the beach front, The Boathouse is a charming cottage housing four guests in picturesque Lee Bay, and boasting a magnificent sea view. Being next to the Southwest Coastal Path, and in close proximity to the famous Woolacombe Beach, it's a perfect destination for all. There are up to three private parking spaces on the premises, and one or two well behaved dogs are welcomed.
