The house is located about two hundred meters from the public road and can be reached via a its own driveway. Detached, enormous garden (1 hectares) with trees and grass, bordered by "schurvelingen" (little dikes) and a ditch, an ideal and relaxing place to be together with your family and friends.

Deze uit 1916 stammende monumentale villa wordt ook wel “het Pipi Langkous huis” genoemd. De villa is centraal gelegen tussen Rotterdam en Den Haag. De RandstadRail ligt op 2 minuten loopafstand. De villa beschikt over een zeer grote parkachtige tuin met diverse terrassen en een groot grasveld. Er zijn twee grote tweepersoonsslaapkamers en een babykamer met balkon.
