Villa Sofimar smještena je u mirnom mjestu Zubovići, uz samu morsku obalu pokraj impresivne stjenovite klisure. Predivna kamena villa okružena je prostranom okućnicom u mediteranskim stilu i uređena s puno pažnje. Apartman I proteže se kroz cijeli 1. kat, sadrži predivnu prostranu terasu, te nudi nesvakidašnji doživljaj odmora uz spektakularan panoramski pogled na more koji ostavlja bez daha. Blizina mora, svjež povjetarac i zvuk valova čine ovu terasu jedinstvenom oazom za odmor i opuštanje.

A Mediterranean style apartment on the ground floor with a spacious terrace and a garden only a couple of meters from the sea. There is a private deck in front of the house. A charming kitchen is well equipped for a relaxing stay. The aparartment has two double bed bedrooms so it can offer an accomodation for 4 people. Our guests can use a SUP to fall in love with stunning Šimuni. A beautiful beach with bars and lots of shade from pine trees is 1 min walk and a local shop is 3 min walk

Apartmán je plne vybavený veľkou kúpelňou a spálňou, v menšej kuchynke je všetko potrebné na prípravu jedla. Je priam stvorený pre čas strávený vo dvojici. Aby ste aj pri neskorom príchode boli bez starostí, v apartmáne nájdete v chladničke vodu na osvieženie, kapsule na kávu na prvé ráno a v kúpelni jednorázový sprchový gél.

In the middle of the nature reserve Dubrava Hanzina on the island of Pag, we have built a modern highly luxury villa in the small village Sveta Marija (St. Maria) to combine luxurious living (Sauna, Gym, Pool, Summer Kitchen) with the joy of pure nature. And ..... beside the incredible see view, its not just about the swimming, here you can also do mountain biking and even rock climbing and in the morning you can see wild sheep in the neighboring forests and mountains.

The 2018 build Villa Pag Sea View is a 2 storey semi-detached house, located about 6 km away from the historic city of Pag on the island of Pag, that can be reached taking the scenic coastal road. Villa Pag Sea View is bordered by an old oak forest and sits at the base of Sveti Vid, the highest peak on the island with 348 m above sea level. A marked hiking path next of the house leads directly to the top of Sveti Vid, offering a stunning view of most of island.

Perched on steep rocks, 30m above the sea level, this idyllic studio is a perfect getaway for a much needed vacation. Surrounded by a vegetation reserve of Dubrava-Hanzine, it offers a luxurious experience - the sweeping views of the Pag Bay and the mountain range of Velebit, for one. Beach Rozin Bok 50m from the apartment. Parking, A/C, outside grill, and outside solar shower included. SUP and kayak are available during the stay in the apartment.

The house has a small tennis court, a football field and children playground.Our guests have private parking, free WiFi and barbecue. All contents are private.

The house is located in a quiet place Šimuni on the island of Pag. For our guests, there is an apartment with balcony that occupies the entire upper floor of the house. You can also use a shared lower terrace as well as a fireplace behind the house. Free parking is available in front of the house at no extra charge. Shop and pebble beach are 5 minutes walk away and for those looking for fun, Zrće beach is 10km away by car.
