Step outside to hundreds of miles of biking and hiking trails, and stocked lakes and streams. Well maintained paved state road to cabin driveway. The house is 20 minutes West of Harrisonburg VA and JMU.

Welcome to our family’s little getaway. Our 12x20 ft cabin sits beside a 2.5 acre pond. Savor the evening beside a campfire listening to the nightfall on our Valley or from the porch swing. The tiny house/cabin is 2 story with a small but full kitchen (complete with refrigerator, stove, microwave, & coffee maker) and the sleeping area upstairs. Please note that if you have mobility issues our place might not be right for you. Relax and enjoy being unplugged (no TV or Wi-Fi)

This is an eco-friendly, solar-powered house built with green practices.

Modern suite w/ soaker tub, huge shower & a view!

Come enjoy a classy suite, with walk in shower, soaker tub and a country view. The space has a king bed and private entrance, but is attached to a family home. The blue couch converts to a futon in case you need space for 3 people. Plan to enjoy local restaurants, as this space does not have a kitchen. There is a small fridge, toaster oven, & coffee maker. We will provide, coffee, cereal and milk for you to prepare on your own.

Riverfront Retreat rests on the banks of the North Fork of the Shenandoah River, just 2 miles west of Broadway town limits. We're within 20 minutes of Harrisonburg/JMU, less than an hour from Shenandoah National Park, 40 minutes from Massanutten Resort and only 20-30 minutes from several breathtaking caverns including Shenandoah, Endless, Melrose & Luray.
