Di nuovissima costruzione, con piscina ad uso esclusivo, si trova a quattro passi dalla spiaggia di Budoni. Ha un'accogliente zona soggiorno con cucina separata, una camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno, una camera con letti singoli ed un altro bagno. E' circondata da un ampio giardino, la veranda coperta si affaccia sulla grande piscina . Passeggia a due minuti dalla casa con i piedi nell’acqua: spiagge e scogliere una dopo l’altra con vista incredibile sulle isole. Appartamento con vista mozzafiato sull’isola di Tavolara immerso nella natura e nella quiete. A 15 min da Olbia aeroporto e porto. Raggiungi a piedi spiagge libere e attrezzate e il porticciolo con bar e ristorante. (Non adatto a bimbi sotto i 5 anni). La struttura è un edificio storico in pieno centro, a ridosso della piazza centrale ma in una zona silenziosa. L'edificio è stato ristrutturato fedelmente, conservando la corte interna dalla quale, la sera, si può ammirare il cielo stellato. E' a 7 km dalla costa e vicino a località rinomate come Capo Comino o Berchida. E' ben collegata con la ss 131. E' l'ideale per chi vuole esplorare l'isola e tornare a casa in un ambiente rilassante, autentico e fuori dal caos del turismo di massa.
