Apartman se nalazi u lijepoj i čistoj prirodi.Nedaleko protječe bistra i pitka rijeka Cetina(150m).Ima pogled na planine.Ispred se nalazi veliki bazen sa ležaljkama(dostupan od 1.lipnja do 20. rujna) i voćnjak pun raznog sezonskog voća .Kuhinja je opremljena frižiderom,pećnicom ,perilicom ,kuhalom za vodu i priborom za kuhanje .Kupaonica ima kadu i tuš kadu,dostupno je i glačalo kao i ručnici.Sobe su prostrane ,mogu primiti pet gostiju.Apartman je klimatiziran i ima novi namještaj .

Još je tu kupatilo sa wc-om i 1 pomoćni wc,velika kuhinja sa svim sadržajem za kuhanje i serviranje jela te veliki dnevni boravak. Za vanjske aktivnosti imate pikado, badminton,balote i ljuljačku za djecu.
