Bienvenue dans notre charmant appartement récemment rénové, idéalement situé pour votre séjour à Bruxelles ! Points forts de notre appartement : Emplacement privilégié : À moins de 30 minutes du cœur de Bruxelles et à 7 minutes de marche de l'arrêt de tram 4, vous reliant facilement à la grande place et la Gare du Midi et d'autres destinations clés. Cuisine équipée. Espaces confortables. De plus, grâce à notre proximité avec l'autoroute, explorer la région en voiture est un jeu d'enfant!

Duplex cosy bien placé

Cet agréable duplex est situé à deux pas de la Basilique, au 3ème étage d'un petit immeuble sans ascenseur. Il offre le confort nécessaire à un bon séjour (literie neuve, Wi-Fi, Netflix, bureau,...). Plusieurs commerces (supermarchés, boulangeries, restaurants) se situent à proximité directe. Le centre ville se trouve à 15 minutes en transports en commun (facilement accessibles depuis l'appartement) et 10 minutes en voiture (possibilité de se garer facilement dans le quartier).

Les visiteurs ont l'accès à la terrasse ensoleillé à l'arrière de l'immeuble.
