This basement apartment offers a separate entrance allowing complete privacy. This space provides tons of natural light. Apartment is located close (less than a mile!) to Dordt University and has a public park and basketball court in the backyard. We are close to Dordt University within walking distance. Close to the All Seasons Center which has an indoor/outdoor pool and also the indoor hockey rink. The bike trails and local park are within walking distance(we have 2 bikes you can use). Downtown is very close with several coffee shops, a mall, and several restaurants. We live in a quiet neighborhood. We have 2 grocery stores and a Walmart if you happen to forget anything.

This is a lovely 2 bedroom one bath main floor unit. We are conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the Hard Rock Café, Orpheum Theater and the Tyson Event Center and less than 15 minutes from Landman Golf Club.
