Prairie Rock Suite is a fully furnished apartment in our home’s lower level located on a cul-de-sac just 1 mile east of highway 75. You’ll find recliners, a kitchen w/a table, AND a queen bed that gets rave reviews! Warm towels and a sparkling en suite bathroom are yours. Take in the porch swing, fire pit, WiFi and Smart TV. Centrally located in the heart of Orange City, just a few blocks from the square, Landsmeer Golf course, shopping, and coffee shops. 1/2 mile from Northwestern College. Recently remodeled 3 bedroom with fenced in back yard, firepit, and full kitchen with BRAND NEW stainless steel appliances. Super fast WiFI. Your access is the entire upstairs and the back deck. ****The host and his Border Collie Jax live in the basement with a seperate entrance locked off from the upstairs.****

The Grain Bin Lodge and Retreat

Sorry, no children under the age of 12. This large grain bin has been converted into a rustic two story getaway using reclaimed barn wood and many antiques. The 700 square foot main floor includes a full bath, a vintage retro kitchenette (micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, NO OVEN), reclining love seat, a smart tv with WIFI and Direct TV, along with a large dining area with 2 tables. The 500 square foot open loft area includes one full bed and 2 queen beds.

D'Brick House in Wayne

D'Brick Cottage is located across from Wayne State College in Wayne, NE. This recently renovated 2-bedroom house offers a comfortable place to get away. Includes indoor fireplace, equipped kitchen with all appliances and conveniences, plus laundry in the basement. The perfect place to get some rest for traveling employees, visiting family, or just because. SPECIAL NOTE: The basement contains an apartment that is rented separately.

This beautifully remodeled and fully furnished rental (3 bedroom/ 2 bath—sleeps up to 6 adults) offers all of the comforts of home (+Wifi). This cute Tiny Home is in a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood. It sits across the street from the Briar Cliff University baseball field. It has been completely remodeled with everything new and updated inside and out. The 400 square foot, open concept, is divided into a full kitchen, comfortable living room, queen size bedroom and large bathroom with full tub/shower and washer/dryer.

This Air B&B offers the perfect get-away stay from the rush and stresses of life. Having beautiful views, great privacy, and a farm-like feel, it is a nice oasis to simply relax, hang out with family and friends, and enjoy some pleasurable quiet time. The house has a ton of room and is great for large groups who want to take a short (or long) vacation, soaking up the Nebraska sun.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Perfect for 1-5 guests! Great for work crews- two large tables (10' & 8') work great as a bench or workshop. Families love the new splash pad right across the street. We call it Park Place because we own three homes on this block- and this one sits right across from the park!

10th Hole Haven

Located on a historic golf course (Sioux Golf & Country Club) that was established in 1888. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house sports a spacious living area including an 800 square foot deck that overlooks the golf course. Relax with the whole family, enjoy the fireplace in the winter, and the golf course views throughout the year.
