Hello, and welcome to the lodge, country living. We are a hunting lodge located in Southeastern South Dakota. 10 minutes from Vermillion, 10 minutes to I-29. You are booking our guest house! A space for you and your family to relax, unwind and enjoy the quiet countryside. You will love the outdoor spaces. As a year round hunting lodge, there is always a season in South Dakota and we are just 4 miles from the Missouri River for fabulous fishing. See the SD GFP website for more information.

This spacious home located in a safe, quiet neighborhood features two bedrooms upstairs with king and queen beds, two rooms down with three queen beds, two family rooms, each featuring televisions with local stations and wi-fi, two bathrooms, laundry, fully furnished kitchen, three season porch, office, one car attached garage with opener. Ammenities include wi-fi, washer, dryer, dishwasher, fenced yard, outdoor gas grill, central air-conditioning, water softner and weekly house cleaning.

The Wayne Byrd Nest Condo

A cozy walkable downtown apartment that sleeps six. The Byrd Nest shares a building with a dance center and The Coop event space. You can also find Johnnie Byrd Brewing Company next door. The Byrd Nest is within walking distance of ten eating establishments, six bars and a coffee shop. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Equipped with a high end queen bed, comfy futon, pullout sofa, and clawfoot bathtub, the Byrd Nest is stylish and Wayne's most unique hotel offering.

Come in after enjoying nature and relax with a glass of wine in an elegant, modern tiny house. A perfect, peaceful get-away.

Welcome To the Enchanted Porch!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space that has recently been refreshed. Artsy and adorable inside and out, the layout features two bedrooms with queen beds on the main floor. The basement has a L-shaped family room and a toilet. Fenced backyard with patio and front porch with two comfy chairs. All linens, dishes and soaps provided. Close to both major hospitals and Briar Cliff University as well as some of the main thoroughfares make for a desirable place!

The Block Studio-202

Spend your stay in a little history at The Block. Built in 1911 by John Groth, this studio apartment has elements of the original John Deere and later Ford factory including the original hardwood flooring, brick wall, and high ceilings. Most of the furnishings are comprised of reclaimed lumber from the dismantled car elevator. Historic photos of the building are throughout the common hallways for a trip back in time.

The Dutch House

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Our home is centrally located and an easy 3 block walk to downtown and also very close to Northwestern College for all the college activities. This home was built in 1910 and has a Dutch charm to it. Plenty of places to park and also plenty of yard space to play games or use the outdoor fire pit.

10th Hole Haven

Located on a historic golf course (Sioux Golf & Country Club) that was established in 1888. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house sports a spacious living area including an 800 square foot deck that overlooks the golf course. Relax with the whole family, enjoy the fireplace in the winter, and the golf course views throughout the year.

Kate's Cottage on the Peterson Farm

A lovingly restored, 1930's cottage on the historic Peterson Farm on a county highway near Beresford, SD. Our farm will be 135 years old in 2026! Peace and quiet in a beautiful rural setting. A light, homemade breakfast delivered to your door and an invitation to join us if we're making wood-fired pizza. Just relax!
