The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Cozy house able to make your group feel comfortable and welcome to stay in and relax. Less than 5 minutes away you have the mall, shops, restaurants, downtown, walking/hiking trails, and parks. This is a duplex and somebody does live in the basement. They have seperate access through the garage. Your access is through the front door. You will not notice or see them, they are gone most of the time.

The Bunkhouse Room #1

Cozy bunkhouse that will sleep 1 person comfortably per room with a twin sized bed, other common areas are shared by other guests that may book just minutes from Sioux falls in the country with goats, potbelly pigs and chickens. If one isn't available, check all other 3 listings. I do ask that everyone cleans up after themselves as this is shared to other guests. I do come in every morning to clean the common areas and take out the trash before I go to my full-time job.
