Charming lower level of centrally located duplex, close to Augustana Univ & easy drive to Univ. of Sioux Falls, Sanford & Avera Hospitals, Midco hockey & aquatics centers. Close to bakery, bagel shop, drug store, tanning salon & coffee shops. Hi speed internet, Smart TV with RoKu, electric fireplace & pillow top beds. In safe neighborhood with parking in front of door off a rather busy street, so if you don't like waiting a bit for an opening in traffic to back out, probably shouldn't book.

Our charming 2 bedroom house is the perfect place for your trip to Sioux Falls! The house has an attached garage and tiled walk-in shower. During your stay you can also enjoy a full kitchen and a patio for outdoor fun. Our Airbnb is within walking distance to Sanford Medical Center, both colleges, as well as the Midco Aquatic Center. If night life is your thing, Downtown Sioux Falls and the Denny Sanford Premier Center are both within 3 miles from the front door! The ideal place for any guest!

The house has a fantastic game room that features two pinball machines and two multi-game arcade machines that play all the classics and then some, with 1,000s of games. All machines set to free play, no quarters needed. There is plenty of room to stretch out and relax, with many amenities to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.

Newer house in a nice residential neighborhood. Close to skiing and car race track NO CLEANING FEES Space available for Airbnb rental is the main part of the house. Owner has a separate apartment in the basement with a separate entrance. There is a lock on both sides of the door going to the basement at the bottom of the stairs. I will always try to be respectful of your privacy. If you do need anything let me know and I will make myself available.
