Forest garden apartment Kulloviken

Our lovely annex was build in 1968, few years later than the main house where we live. It has been fully rennovated to accomodate a full kitchen, bathroom and a living area with a double bed and a vintage couch. We wanted to bring back some of the farmhouse charm with wood floors, raw tiles and a good twist of rural mystic. The kitchen was hand made from scratch to perfectly take you to a past now forgotten. The modern utilityes are there for your convinience, without breaking the spell.

Hieno paritalohuoneisto, oma piha ja autopaikka

Rakkaudella remontoitu paritalo. Makuuhuoneissa 180 cm ja 140 cm leveät parivuoteet. Olohuoneessa vuodesohva. Työpöytä etätyöntekijöille. Ilmainen autopaikka asunnon edessä (sähköauton lataus lisämaksusta). Rauhallinen leikkipiha lapsille aivan huoneiston vieressä. Hyvät bussiyhteydet (mm. Matinkylän metrolle) ja kävelymatka lähikauppaan. Valaistut kuntopolut lähtevät kadun toiselta puolen. Rauhallinen, aidattu oma takapiha, jonne ilta-aurinko paistaa. Erinomainen kohde lapsiperheille!

Trevligt hus i Borgå på landet

Koppla av med hela familjen eller med vänner i vårt hus på Vessö landet. I huset finns det många bekvämligheter. I huset bredvid bor värdfamiljen. Huset ligger 12,5 km från Borgå centrum. Stället är lungt och fridfullt. Skogen finns fast vid huset. Till närmaste simstrand är det ca 5 km. I huset finns det många bekvämligheter. Wc och badrum är nyrenoverade. I badrummet finns det en elbastu. I köket finns det mikro, kaffekokare, diskmaskin mm. Till förfogande finns handdukar och lakan.

Merellisellä alueella lähellä keskustaa sijaitseva kahden makuuhuoneen huoneisto. Nopea ja kätevä lauttayhteys ja uusi kevyen liikenteen silta nopeasti keskustaan. Myös hyvä metro- ja bussiyhteys. Vieressä uusi liikuntapuisto ja ulkokuntosali, tenniskenttä, lasten leikkipuisto, upeat kallioiset metsä- ja ranta-alueet ja puistot ympärillä. Hyvin varustettu viihtyisä ja rauhallinen asunto hienoilla maisemilla. Ilmainen pysäköintialue lähellä. Lakanat ja pyyheliinat kuuluvat majoitukseen.

The apartment has three bedrooms, a living room, a spacious kitchen, one bathroom, and two toilets. All rooms have windows facing the outside. There is a pleasant large terrace overlooking the courtyard. The apartment receives excellent natural light from two sides. A supermarket is located 50 meters away, and a bus stop for bus 570 to and from the airport is 100 meters away. A metro station to the city center of Helsinki is one kilometer away. 1 Free parking for normal vehicles
