This stunning, newly refurbished Penthouse apartment is located in the very heart of the Óld Town´of Sitges. Only 100 meters from the beach it has breathtaking sea, mountain and port views from the spacious, private roof terrace. There are two, newly decorated, double bedrooms with en- bathrooms. The modern kitchen has everything you need to make your stay perfect. There is Wifi throughout. Flat screen smart TV, BBQ on the huge roof terrace with amazing sea views and two outside dining areas.

Located directly on the beautiful beachfront of the wonderful, old quarter of Sitges, with full, spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea, this stylish, comfortable studio apartment is the perfect place to relax and feel at home. We ask our guests to take into account the size of the apartment, 36m2. The apartment is not suitable for children of 12 years old and under, and we are unable to accept them. As from 2023, the official Government Tourist Tax is 2.00 Euros per person per night.

Pedestrian streets surround it, ideal for romantic walks and discovering the most typical places of this town, the architecture, the multitude of shops and the fantastic gastronomy, to enjoy an exquisite holiday next to the beach in Sitges.

Our lovely apartment is located in the heart of Sitges, facing to the main street in town. There's one bedroom, one living-room with full equipped kitchen and one bathroom. High speed WiFi connection. The location is really unbeatable, 1 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to the train station and all you can need is really close, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops... There's a big balcony with street views. You'll love it!

Sitges is a lovely town 30 km south from Barcelone with many nice beaches, restaurants and shops.
