Σπίτι στη Φούρκα πρώτο στη θάλασσα, θέα αυλή!

Το σπίτι είναι 30 τ.μ., πρώτο στη θάλασσα, οπίσθιο, βλέπει στην αυλή και όχι θάλασσα! Βρίσκεται δίπλα στο κέντρο και τα μαγαζιά. Δε χρειάζεται αυτοκίνητο καθόλου! Διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με ένα μονό κρεβάτι, ένα πάρκο- κρεβάτι για μωρά, μια σαλοκουζίνα με δύο καναπέδες κρεβάτια, ένα υπέρδιπλο με μηχανισμό και ένα μονό. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και ευρύχωρο μπάνιο με πλυντήριο ρούχων. Ο κήπος του καταλήγει στη θάλασσα χωρίς να μεσολαβεί δρόμος!!! Υπέροχες και ξέγνοιαστες στιγμές στο κύμα!!

Studio by the sea

Our studio is 20 meters from the beach and has great view! Located near restaurants and shops with souvenirs. You are all welcome, whether you have family or pets, or just a book for company. During March, April, May and October, the place offers a relax and quiet atmosphere. On the contrary, while the tourist season begins on june, more shops open and during July, August and September the area turns into a crowded place, with tourists enjoying the best beaches and spots.

Die Strandpromenade ist etwa 50 Meter entfernt, so dass alle Bars und Restaurants innerhalb von 5 bis 10 Minuten erreicht werden können. Das Apartment ist "Next To The Sea" - es befinden sich keine weiteren Häuser oder Straßen zwischen Apartment und Meer. Das Meeresrauschen begleitet Euch in den Schlaf. This house is perfect for families who seek an appartment with a very big garden, barbecue and all the amenities of a modern house (fast wifi, utensils, laundry machine).
