A fully organized kitchen in the same area with the living room. A spacious balcony with a table and an extra table for the communal garden. Easy access to the beach,only 50m from the apartment. The property is located in Siviri, a small traditional greek fish village, on the west coast of Kassandra,80 km from Thessaloniki,few steps from the sea and 8 minutes walk from the village center(taverns,supermarket,water sports) You can enjoy your breakfast/dinner on a beautiful terrace, overlooking the sea. When entering the accommodation you will find two bedrooms, one living room with a convertible sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and a small backyard with an outdoor shower.

Our studio is 20 meters from the beach and has great view! Located near restaurants and shops with souvenirs. You are all welcome, whether you have family or pets, or just a book for company. During March, April, May and October, the place offers a relax and quiet atmosphere. On the contrary, while the tourist season begins on june, more shops open and during July, August and September the area turns into a crowded place, with tourists enjoying the best beaches and spots.
