Welcome to the guest cottage located at Rosario Ranch, a 10 acre wooded equine retirement farm. The farm features horses, goats, dogs, cats and other farm animals. Welcome to our riverfront cabin on the high bank of the Skagit River. Our cabin is an easy and beautiful 40 minute drive from I-5 and just across the river from the cute small town of Concrete. Come get away from the city and relax on a private wooded 1/3 acre lot and an expertly updated home that includes live-edge countertops, new plank floors, a full size bathroom with updated flooring and penny-tile shower, and an oversized deck to sit outside and enjoy the peaceful sounds of the river.

The Bit & Bridle Cabin has that out-in-the-country feel, yet it is only minutes from Oak Harbor's town center. This small 17 acres farm provides Donna's horses room to play and live and Stan's Autobody & Paint Shop a place to thrive. Other buildings besides the Cabin and the owners' house are a covered riding arena, Stan Wingate's shop, a "Fowl Manor" and run, and a small family residence. Ten beautiful old apple trees are scattered around. The Cabin is next to one of the apple orchards.

Built in 2007, it's an authentic log cabin, custom designed out of Alaskan Yellow Cedar. Enjoy the rustic-yet-elegant vibe, radiant heated floors, cozy loft bed, outdoor bbq and private location. Located 10 min. west of La Conner, guests can browse shops, adventure on unique hikes, or enjoy a relaxing beach stroll.

Cozy Cabin by Skagit River

Restored from the early 1900's. This cozy cabin sits right above the Howard Miller Steelhead Park on the Skagit River. The Rockport Bar and Grill is next door. We are just a minute off of highway 20, also known as The North Cascade Highway. There is a Futon for an extra guest. We now have air conditioning! This listing is not wheelchair accessible. This listing is also not suitable for children under the age of 12, there are safety issues in the area.
