This apartment is SUPER child friendly; Duplo, toys, books, jigsaws, DVDs and a Smart TV will all be available for their use. Highchair and travel can be booked prior to arrival. Bedroom 1: one double bed and space for one baby travel cot. Bedroom 2: twin single beds (A travel cot can be put up in either room if you are travelling with a baby. ) Kitchen with breakfast bar, gas hob, electic oven, dishwasher, microwave, huge fridge/freezer, Delonghi Coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all cooking equipment. Lounge/Diner with TV and DVD player. Family Bathroom: Dual power shower, bath with shower head. Heated towel rail. WC (with additional toddler-seat if needed) and wash-hand basin. Situated in the centre of Sutton on Sea, 5 minutes walk from the beach and close to all this peaceful village has to offer including bars, restaurants, take aways, local shops and two small supermarkets. Sutton on Sea is on the East Lincolnshire coast, 3 miles from Mablethorpe, 15 miles from Skegness. There is a beautiful sandy, blue flagged beach stretching for miles; along with nature reserves and observatories. In land are the historic market towns of Alford, Louth and the City of Lincoln.

The flat is set in a quiet country location on the edge of a small hamlet with easy access to main roads. Nearby places of interest to visit include Belton House.
