Calf cabin- Unique and beautiful farmstead!

Countryside getaway! If you want to experience something unique during your trip to Iceland this little house has been repurposed as guest house. On our farm it has always been called the Calf cabin, as it was used as a small barn and a stable in the past. On the outside we preserved the old rock laying and the architecture style but mixed old and new styles on the inside. We recycled and repurposed as much material as possible and we are pleased with the outcome. Now it is a cozy little suite.

This rental is for two separate houses: Each house has 2 rooms and full bathrooms with showers so 4 rooms total for up to 9 people.. Location is on a large private land far from other houses. Outside there is geothermal hot tub always on. Fully equipped kitchen, and outside BBQ. Located on the Golden Circle near Geysir. Great for outdoor hiking to amazing places and great dark spot in the winter for Northern Lights viewing. A 4x4 is important to access the house in the winter.

Beautiful 40m2 cottage for 2 people, great view to mountains and northern lights (Aurora Borealis) in winter. This home includes 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower and a hairdryer. In the kitchen is a Nespresso machine, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and kitchenware. Featuring a terrace with mountain views and a hot tub. In the house is a smart TV. The unit has a bed that can both be double and twin, double is default but make twin for a request.

Beautiful Luxury cabin located only 1 min drive from world-famous Geysir and it is also a short drive to Gullfoss The cabin is located on a large private ground where you can enjoy Strokkur (the only active Geysir in Iceland) from the cabin. Our country house is a beautiful family cottage situated in the hill overlooking the lake, Gislholtsvatn, close to Hella in south Iceland.
