The Hidden Haven at Derry Duff: A Romantic Retreat

Escape to The Hidden Haven at Derry Duff; a unique, stylish, luxury farm-stay lodge, in a secluded corner of our organic West Cork hill farm, just 20 minutes from Bantry and Glengarriff. We designed this boutique, eco retreat to welcome guests to enjoy panoramic mountain views, the wild landscape, a lakeside hot tub, peace, calm and our organic produce. The Hidden Haven offers a romantic farm-stay experience with the space to reconnect, unwind, and rest surrounded by the quiet rhythm of nature.

Only 4 miles from the famous Lough Hyne, 20 minutes drive to Baltimore and the Islands. Atlantic Sea Kayaking and Deep Sea Angling are just some of the local pursuits available. Just 50m from the shore of Lough Hyne, Lough Hyne Cottage is a cosy retreat where nature and luxury align. With a plush cloud couch, premium bedding, a double rain shower, and snuggly Irish wool throws, we’ve designed this cabin for couples to experience deep relaxation and a true escape from the everyday.

The Old Church Hall, Ballydehob.

A 200-year-old church hall, transformed into a uniquely spacious & stylish townhouse, accommodating 4 guests in comfort. Terracotta flooring throughout with underfloor heating and a solid-fuel stove. The open-plan layout consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a double-height living/dining area. The bedroom has a King-size bed (200cmx150cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is a spacious mezzanine with two single beds. This mezzanine overlooks the open-plan living room.

Katie’s Fastnet Cabin

Katie’s Fastnet Cabin The stunning seascape changes every day in front of the nautical themed Fastnet Cabin. Relax and enjoy the ebb and flow of the tide overlooking Croagh Bay located just inside the iconic Fastnet Lighthouse. Situated a 10 minute (10km) drive from Schull the location is ideal to immerse yourself in all the sea and the Wild Atlantic Way has to offer (swimming, kayaking, fishing, sailing) and enjoy the West Cork walking trails, including Barleycove Beach and Mizen Head.

A perfect base to explore West Cork Surrounded by wild coast, ancient land and protected wetlands. Wild swim at the beautiful beach only a 150m from your doorstep. Beautifully converted using natural building materials, the space is light, peaceful and open, heated with a cosy wood burner. The interior is handmade, restored or salvaged by us. We provide sourdough, homemade jam, a homemade tipple & a few staples on arrival. A rural retreat right in the heart of vibrant West Cork.

It is situated adjacent to Lough Hyne Marine Nature Reserve (less than 1km to the lake) which is one of the most beautiful locations in West Cork. The house and terrace afford stunning views over Lough Nacartan and Knockomogh Hill. Island View

Island View sleeps 12. It is a 6-bedroom property with amazing uninterrupted views across Roaring Water Bay, to Heir and Sherkin Islands, Baltimore and Cape Clear. Cunnamore Pier and the regular passenger ferries to Heir Island and, in the summer, Sherkin Island is a few minutes further down the road. There are beaches with safe swimming very close by as well as opportunities to moor small dinghy’s and sailing craft. Island View is a 15 minute drive from Skibbereen.

Tigín Lisheen is a stone cottage nestled on our organic vegetable farm by Roaringwater Bay in the heart of beautiful West Cork. The cottage is full of rustic charm & a perfect base for exploring West Cork. Heated by a wood stove, for which we will supply wood, it has everything you need for a tranquil romantic getaway.
