Centrally located house in Skien

The house is centrally located in Skien, only 300 meters from the railway station/bus stop, which also has direct connection to both Torp and Gardermoen Airport. To Porsgrunn the estimated travelling time is 8 minutes by train. Bus M3 goes downtown to the main bus station, before it continues on to Herkules, Skien Fritidspark and Porsgrunn. The nearest convenience store, Kiwi, is 500 meters away, and downtown Skien about 1,5 kilometer away. In other words you can walk to everything. If you are travelling by car, you can park the vehichle for free on the premises. The 115 m2 (living space) house is built in the late 1920s by my great-grandfather & grandfather. The ground floor has a bedroom with a double bed, and a small bathroom with a shower right next to it. The toilet is literally one step away in the hallway. The living room is quite spacious with a 50-inch TV, Blu-ray player, and some Blu-ray videos for your pleasure. Between the bedroom and the living room is a well-stocked kitchen with stove, microwave and fridge. On the first floor is another bedroom with a double bed, and it is a sink in the room as well. The living room is divided into two parts. In the "TV-part" there is a IKEA-sofa which can be folded out to a double bed. In the "dining part" it is also a sofa which can be used as a single bed. It is as well another small room with one single bed. There is a another kitchen with stove and fridge between the master bedroom and living room. In the basement it is a somewhat bigger bathroom with another shower. If you need to wash your clothes, it is a washer in the basement. It is no dryer in the house, but you can dry your clothes in the garden weather permitting (or inside). The garden itself is quite big and has 5 apple trees. In season it is of course possible to pick some apples for personal consumption. Almost all the rooms in the house are decorated with pictures shot by myself all over the world. Wi-Fi is included. Non-smokers are preferred. If you want to smoke you can do that outside. Unfortunately, neither access to the building nor the flat's design is suited to visitors with physical disabilities. For your safety, there is a security camera on the property monitoring the driveway (and nothing else) Some possible excursions to do in this area: * Go with the ferry on the Telemark Canal, which dubs itself as one of the most beautiful waterways in the world. I would recommend a day trip to Lunde. The ferry leaves every morning from Skien from mid-May to mid-September. You can watch what the canal looks like on the Netflix show: "Slow TV: The Telemark Canal", released in August 2016. * Skien Fritidspark, which both have water- and zip-line park. * Brekkeparken - a park that double as museum. It has some interesting older buildings, which includes furniture and other things from the 18th and 19th century. * Playwright Henrik Ibsen was raised in Skien, and if you are into him, it is obligatory to visit the museum at Ibsen Venstøp. Skien also has some nice neighborhoods as Bakken and Snipetorp. * If you're into golf, it is a 18 hole par 72 course 7 km away @ Jønnevald. Grenland Golfklubb own the course. * It is a full size soccer field 150 meters away, which is empty almost all the time. Skagerak Arena, which is the home ground of Odd in the Norwegian Elite League (Tippeligaen), is only 1 kilometer away. * I for one, would in the summer get in the car (or bus) and drive to “summer cities” like Stavern, Langesund or Kragerø or visit the beach at Oddane Sand. All within 1 hour away. From Kragerø you can even jump on a ferry to the very nice island of Jomfruland. * If you have children, or are childish yourself, a one-hour drive to the water park in Bø Sommarland is normally a great excursions.

Flott enebolig i Skien sentrum! Veldig sentralt og samtidig i rolig strøk med privatvei uten gjennomgående trafikk. Gåavstand til det meste. 2min å gå til Skien togstasjon, 5 min å gå til Skien sentrum, 3 min å gå til søndagsåpen Joker, 1 min å gå til busstopp Huset har alt du trenger av kjøkkenutstyr. Sengetøy og håndklær er inkludert. Huset har også vaskemaskin som kan benyttes. Dersom det er behov for leie av bil under oppholdet, så har jeg en bil som kan leies med huset for ekstra kostnad

Herlig moderne feriehus med flott sjøutsikt

Stille og rolig plass med fin utsikt, og gode solforhold fra morgen til kveld. Huset ligger i enden så har ingen gjennomgangstrafikk. Døvika ligger i enden av Eidangerfjorden. Her kan du virkelig slappe av å nyte solen og utsikten. Det er store plattinger/verandaen med hagemøbler. Det er en møblert hagestue. Delt tilgang til privat strand 2-3 min gange Håper dere vil trives like godt som oss på dette fantastiske stedet. . Huset er sentralt og godt utstyrt. Gratis parkering på eiendommen.

Sentral bolig med 5 soverom

Lys og fin bolig med 5 soverom sentralt i Porsgrunn like ved universitetet. Tollskogvegen 6 er adressen. Romslig stue og kjøkken, samt en stor og en liten balkong man kan nyte varme dager og sene kvelder. Balkong er utstyrt med loungesett, spisegruppe, parasoll, gassgrill og solsenger. Totalt 5 soverom med totalt 8 senger, samt sovesofa fra bolia som blir 150x200. Sengemål er 90: 1 120: 2 150: 3 180: 2. Sengetøy og håndklær er inkludert. Plass til mange mennesker, men er kun en dusj.

Sjøgata Gjestehus No2

Sjøgata Gjestehus ligger i Larvik, bare få meters gange fra Karistranda og Color Line. Stedet har en privat hage, terrasse , gratis Wifi og parkering. Gjestehuset stammer fra 1800-tallet og var opprinnelig bolig for skomakere og tjenere i sin tid. Gjestehuset er nylig renovert delikat innredet med to soverom , ekstraseng, og tilbys de fleste fasiliteter man behøver under et opphold. Meget bra, hus i Porsgrunn sentrum med gratis parkering til flere og store biler. Huset har to store, soverom + en sovealkove, med vindu. Huset har to etasjer & to bad. Huset er utstyrt med alt du trenger for både korte og lenger opphold. Store, luftige, rom med god takhøyde og god plass. Et bad har stilig, badekar, vaskemaskin og tørketrommel mens det andre badet har dusjkabinett. Åpent kjøkken og stue. Alt av sentrumsfasiliteter er i umiddelbar nærhet

Nice cozy small house located by the river within just 10 minutes walk to the biggest shopping mall " down town" just a cross the other side of the river. Porsgrunn is known for its porcelen and the wholesale is located in the buildings to kiwi just 5 minutes walk towards the smallest bridge on your way to the city center.
