This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Avskilt men endast 20 min från Stockholm C dit du enkelt kommer med buss bara några minuter från huset. Närhet till Tyresta naturreservat!

Du/ni kommer att älska mitt ställe pga av naturen, solen från morgon till kväll, lugnet, havet, de gigantiska fönsterna. Njut av lugnet, djurlivet. Huset är byggt för att få er att känna att ni är mitt i naturen fast inomhus. Ta gärna skogsvandringar i närområdet. Till huset tar ni er med fördel med motorbåten med en 4 hp roddbåt, som ingår, då det är ca 500m skogspromenad genom skogen från parkeringen. På vintern går ni genom skogen om båten inte ligger i vattnet.

Centralt beläget boende mitt emellan värmdö centrum och grisslinge havsbad. Nyrenoverat hus i gammal stil fördelat på 60 kvadratmeter plus stort loft. Fullutrustat kök. Extraordinary and central accommodation just by the lake at Stora Essingen. Plot with garden that is accessed via a long stairs from the public road, i.e. not suitable for disable persons. Secluded with breathtaking views of Lake Mälaren. Near the French school. Near the bus, near the light rail, near the center. Possibility to rent a sauna (50 euro)
