There are 2 spacious bedrooms with double beds and a comfortable double sofa-bed in the lounge, a high spec bathroom with a rain shower and a balcony to enjoy the morning sun and a view of the Pirin mountain.

We built this place with one thing in mind: creating somewhere you can truly relax. The studio has a table in the yard for the convenience of our guests. It is close to the city center and to many restaurants, taverns, shops and other necessary things. The starting station of the cable car is about 20 minutes walking distance. The bus station is a 15-minute walk away. We offer independent accommodation as well as welcome, it depends on the wishes of the guests.
