This rare tiny A-Frame cabin is a cozy getaway in the Blue Ridge mountains of North Georgia—nestled between state parks (Black Rock, Tallulah Gorge/Falls, Moccasin Creek), popular outdoor destinations (Lake Rabun/Burton/Seed, Minnehaha Falls) & miles of hiking trails! Nearby is the charming historic town of Clayton (est. 1819); home to the flagship Wander outdoor store, amazing food spots (Wood-fired pizza, Cuban, Mexican, Italian, American, etc.) & lovely shops. Sunshine Cottage (close to downtown Clayton, GA)

Visit North Georgia & the foothills of the Blueridge Mountains. Sunshine Cottage is like visiting your grandma's house. Plenty of books, games and a little of the past in this over 100-year-old home! Just a 14-minute walk, or 3-minute drive to downtown Clayton. Spend an evening on the screened in porch, play cards in the game room while listening to some music or enjoy breakfast with family in the kitchen. SO much to do in the area such as hiking, kayaking or shopping, or visit a winery.

Nantahala : Mountain ZEN

Modern mountain home nestled in the Nantahala Forest with amazing rock-face and distance views. The house was inspired by Japanese design and won an AIA Atlanta award and is featured in Dwell Magazine. 2 decks, covered porch, fire pit for watching the clouds roll over the mountains. Our Joe Webb cabin is just minutes drive and a 15 min. walk to the Historic mountain town of Highlands, NC, with great restaurants, dining, bars, spa, art and culture. At 4,100 feet we have hiking, zip lining and waterfalls,romantic winters and summers with temps in the 70's - low 80's. You’ll love this place because of the coziness, warmth and charm of a classic mountain log cabin with all the modern comforts. It is great for couples(and a child), solo adventurers, and business travelers.

The Extra House

We have a comfortable Extra House we call it. Extra cozy extra cute Extra House. The house is right on the Tallulah River in Towns County. There is fishing/swimming hole about 100 ' up river and a waterfall up a trail behind the Big House about a 30 minute hike up and back. Longer if you jump in the falls. Trout fishing out the door and 6 miles of fishing along the main road. We have a 250' zipline into a swiming pond or get off before the water. Lots of hiking trails and waterfalls.

Squirrel Run Retreat

The perfect couples retreat. Beautiful guest house with long range mountain view. Vaulted ceilings, outside deck overlooking seven mountains. Area has small paved road winding through the woods. Great for your daily walks. Community is bordered by the Warwoman Wildlife Management Area. 2 miles from the center of town in a quiet mountain top community. The perfect home base for hiking, fishing, bird watching, boating, river rafting, shopping, dining and just chilling out.

Secluded, yet just 3 minutes from town. Paved road leads to the cabin.  Enjoy the peaceful sound of the creek fed by 2 waterfalls. 4 guests only-NO exceptions! Infants/children ARE guests. No pets of any type. NO smoking/vaping inside. LL: Bedrooms, bath, laundry & porch. UL: Kitchen, living area, bath & screened porch. We know that you'll fall in love with the area. Clayton has been voted best "Farm to Table" community in GA and has many wineries and waterfalls!

RELAX at Bearfoot Falls! private and peaceful, up in the mountain, nestled amongst national forestry, creeks and water rapids in back yard! Open the windows and listen to the sound of running water! Hiking trails right out of the backyard to beautiful water falls! Indoor fireplace, outdoor gas fire table on screened in porch and outdoor fire pit! NO CHILDREN UNDER 12 no pets, pet fee will be applied for service dogs and only upon review. 25 mins to Highlands!
