Gorgeous fully self-contained 1 bedroom apartment in the iconic Q1 resort and Spa. Centrally located with 2 minute walk to light rail and beach 500 metres. Property has pools, spa, outdoor bbqs, loungers, games room, gym, steam room and sauna. Perfect holiday destination. Just far enough from Cavill Ave to be out of the noise and easy access to Broadbeach and the rest of the GC. You don't really need a rental car as transport on the Glink at the door. No Schoolies bookings will be accepted.
