Η αγροικία είναι κτισμένη στην πλαγιά ενός βουνού με θέα την παραλία της Καλαμίτσας, μέσα σε ένα κτήμα 70 στρεμμάτων. Αποτελείται απο ισόγειο και έναν όροφο. Και τα δύο επίπεδα έχουν υπνοδωμάτια, μπάνια, κουζίνα και καθιστικό. Η πρόσβαση στον όροφο είναι από μία εξωτερική σκάλα έτσι ώστε τα δύο επίπεδα να είναι εντελώς ανεξάρτητα και αυτόνομα. Είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένη και εξόπλισμένη με όλα τα απαραίτητα μέσα για μιά άνετη και σύγχρονη διαβίωση. Η θέα από όλα τα ανοίγματα είναι μοναδική!

Ο Πεύκος, με τη μεγάλη αμμώδη παραλία του, είναι περικυκλωμένος από πευκόφυτες πλαγιές , 5 χιλιόμετρα απο το λιμανι της Σκύρου.
