In the heart of pine forests awaits a cozy wooden cottage from the 1930s, just 40 min from Prague. A large fenced garden with a BBQ, a fire pit, and a refreshing pool invite you to relax and unwind. Here, you can connect with nature and disconnect from the everyday hustle and bustle of the city. The cottage is prepared for a comfortable stay for six guests, and we can accommodate one extra person. To offer you this unique experience, at the end of your stay, you only pay for energy and firewood.

Cosy countryside house, near Prague

Our beautiful cosy home is located at the edge of tiny village, just few steps from cow and horse pastures, meadows and forests and about 10 minutes walk to train station with direct train to Prague or Dobříš. It is spacious bright open plan house with little garden and outside patio and you will share the space with two friendly cats :) They are fine to stay outside, but used to being indoors with us. So obviously it is only for people who don't have cat allergies and are not catfobic :)

Cozy appartment in Prague, close to airport and Prague castle, with a garden and a parking space. The house has electric storage heating. Placed in the most green part of Prague, you can feel like in an old village while in the city. Bus station is in 3 minutes walking distance, From us to down town it takes 20 minutes . Two largest Prague's parks are in walking distance. Also few local pubs and one restaurant with a good meal placed in neighbourhood. Lot of shopping centers as well.

Cottage in Dobronice

Renovated cottage. Woodstone/electric radiator heating which temps at 14°. In the garden is grilling and sitting under a parasol. The kitchen, dining room and living room are connected; a French window leads to the garden from this space. The attic is accessed via the miller's stairs. In the attic, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 and 4 beds. The village is located on the river Lužnica (possibility of fishing), and there are the ruins of a castle and a Gothic church, near the town of Bechyně.

Nabízíme Vám krásnou chatu v naprostém soukromí obklopenou přírodou. Chata se nachází v Malých Kyšicích s velkou zahradou, potůčkem lemujícím zahradu a saunou. Ubytovat se může až 7 osob. První ložnice se nachází v přízemí kde je prostorné dvojlůžko. Zde se též nachází obývací prostor a jídelna. Na kožené sedačce se vyspí jedna osoba.Kuchyň je plně vybavena včetně myčky a veliké lednice s mrazákem.V horním patře se nachází druhá ložnice s dvojlůžkem a dvěma samostatnými postelemi.

Beautiful south Bohemian cottage

Unique cottage, newly reconstructed but with respect to the past, to rural south bohemian architecture. The house is set in the middle of very small a piecefull village, it has a small garden closed in a yard so you have complete privacy. Outdoor firepit and open fireplace in an old cozy barn. Friendly neighbors can sell you fresh eggs straight from the hen house:) Nice south bohemian surroundings, forest just upon a hill, lakes, fields and meadows offer many beautiful walks.

Chata Simterka

Chata Šimterka je po celkové rekonstrukci a modernizaci. Bezprostředně u chaty se nachází plavecký bazén, ve spodní části areálu se poté nachází parádní finská sauna. Řeka Otava je ve vzdálenosti cca 100 m od chaty. V přízemí chaty se nachází plně vybavená kuchyňská linka, dále obývací část s rozkládacím gaučem (2 lůžka) a koupelna s WC a sprchovým koutem. V prvním patře se nachází ložnice se 4 lůžky (1x manželská postel, 2x jednolůžko). Součástí chaty jsou dvě krásné terasy.
