Owner lives in house next to cottage but offers privacy & freedom to come and go as you please. Sleeps 2 comfortably in double bed. Twin day bed offers another sleeping space. The Little Lodge is located on a 7 acre gated estate in a wooded bedroom community south of the Village of Folsom. The lodge is on the property beside the main house facing an one acre horse paddock and overlooking a 3 acre pond, dock and gazebo. We are horse friendly. Attractions nearby include; Global Wildlife Center, an Alligator farm, the Bogue Chitto State Park, old town of Covington with antique shops, art galleries, and fine dining. We are only 45 miles from Downtown New Orleans. l

The Gator Getaway is the perfect escape from reality located in the swampy town of Manchac, Louisiana. It is the ideal place for a stay near the water with no boat required! The historic building was the original Church of Manchac and was remodeled into a home. Located within walking distance to the famous Middendorf's Restaurant! Also nearby is the public boat launch, Sun Buns river bar boat taxi, and other local favorite spots! Located about 40 miles outside of New Orleans.

The farm house is one-of-a-kind; charming, comfortable, complete with unique furnishings and modern amenities such as 100 Mbps WiFi and Roku TVs.

NOLA Pied-A-Terre steps from Audubon & Clancy’s

The pied-a-terre has a full kitchen, 1 bedroom and bath. The combined living and dining room has large windows allowing for abundant sunlight. Local artwork is featured and the place is very comfortable. TV's are included in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen offers plenty of pots, pans, dishes, Keurig coffee maker, etc, as well as local cookbooks. Pets are allowed with a fee, which is displayed when you enter them as pet guests.

This Uptown unit is a private studio in my home (NO shared space with rest of home) with private entrance & parking. Ideal for single/couple who want to stay in a neighborhood. The area is quiet, and is racially & economically diverse. Unit does NOT have full kitchen (fridge & microwave). 10 minute walk to St. Charles streetcar line. $10/10 minute Uber to downtown/French Quarter. Limit 2 guests. Dogs allowed & on premises.
