Your new minimalistic apartment at Nova terasa estate offers comfort stay for up to 2 persons. It is located in a new estate just minutes within downtown. Place is fully furnished (kitchen appliances, wi-fi, Antik- TV, build in wall speakers etc.) and is ready for your stay. Free parking is provided in designated space just near front door. Safety of the property and guests is provided by private security company. Copy of an ID/passport may be required BEFORE a reservation is to be confirmed.

Serenity studio: with Sauna & Jacuzzi

Studio is ideal for 2 people with private entrance. It is tiny but very cosy. It has small terrace at the entrance, own gazebo with charcoal barbecue, seating and dinning outdoor area. It is in a complex of another 2 apartments. You can reserve the time for Sauna and jacuzzi and use it in privacy. The usual times to book are: 17:00-18:30 18:45-20:15 20:30-22:00 From 10pm to 6am there is a quiet time indoors and outdoors. Please respect it. We do not allow any laud parties or celebrations.

Modern & Historic Apartment in the Old Town

We would like to welcome you in our apartment located in a historic building from the end of the 19th century. The apartment is after complete reconstruction. With its great location near the main bus terminal you can easily reach most of the sightseeing spots by walking. The apartment and kitchen is fully equipped- even for demanding travelers. Although the place is quiet and you can enjoy a good sleep, all the nightlife is right behind the corner.
