Our house is situated in the middle of the meadow at the beginning of the small village Modrejce, just a few steps away from the lake. The apartment, which is separated from our flat, is on the left side of the house and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation! We are a family of 5 - everyone with different interests, but all connected to our beautiful nature. Therefore, we can help you find something you enjoy - at our house or in Soča Valley!

HAY Apartment Bled

Hay Apartment Bled is a cosy, ground-floor studio-apartment with a private garden. Well equipped kitchen, king size bed (200*200), bathroom, sofa with a TV corner and a small garden with a sitting lounge. Renovated in 2022. Ideal for two guest. Free privat parking is in front of the apartment building. Hay’s location is in the very center of Bled with 10 minutes walk to the Bled lake. Bus stop (Bled Union), bakery, gas station, restaurants and local market are just around the corner.

Room Gabrijel with four seasons outdoor kitchen

The house Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

The apartment is located in a separate building in the yard of a secluded farm in the unspoiled nature of Pohorje. From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.

Welcome to Wellness Chalet close to Ljubljana, a luxurious retreat offering ultimate comfort and relaxation. This 138 m² house features a spacious living room with a cozy fireplace, a modern kitchen, a wellness bathroom with Finnish and herbal saunas, and three bedrooms (2 with double beds, 1 with a single bed). Lodges Krpin are located on the sunny side of the Alps. That means that even the early and late months like April/May and September/October are fabulous to have some days off. The prices are lower, its not as crowded around Lake Bled and the spring and autumn colors are fantastic.
