We are just 45 minutes to downtown Music City, 1.5 hours to Dale Hollow Reservoir, just over 2 hours to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg, just over an hour to the famous Jack Daniel's Distillery, and for hiking and views, close to the Falls Loop. Three bedrooms (sleeps 8 - 10) with fantastic, rolling-hill views off the deck. Large .75 acre lot in a very safe, kid friendly neighborhood. Just 7 miles from I-40. PET FRIENDLY.

Caretaker Cottage

Dixona, the historic home across Hwy 25 from the Caretaker Cottage, was built is 1787 by Tilman Dixon. Pres. Washington awarded Tilman a share of land for fighting in the Revolutionary War. He traveled by boat traversing rivers and creeks until he found the spring near the cottage. He built the only home in the area which became the first post office, tavern and court for the area. Today, the Caretaker Cottage embodies the simple accommodations of one who would look out for Dixona Farm.
