Breakfast , lunch and dinner is served (for a fee) right here at the resort or shop and cook in your fully equipped kitchen.

College Street Cottage

College Street Cottage is inside my Quilt Shop, Crafts & Quilting, Etc. and next door to Phillips Street Loft. It is a newly renovated, private, peaceful and unique place with a large shower, queen bed and a kitchen bar with coffee pot and microwave. It has all the amenities including linens and toiletries. It’s perfect for a Mother/daughter get away, anniversary celebration or a trip to visit Tyler during the Azalea Trails or Rose Festival.

The Trail of Tears Room at The Lake Home

This room is decorated with antiques and the theme of Native American memorabilia. We do not accept pets. Located in a quiet country setting there are many birds and animals to enjoy as well as a dirt road nearby but we are only 10 minutes to town! There is a large front yard and fenced back yard as well as a screened in porch to enjoy morning coffee! 5 other rooms to choose from. NO lake access. NO PETS KEY FEE $25
