This spacious, bright basement apartment is extremely clean and centrally located. Free SHARED driveway parking IF COMMUNICATED WITH HOST BEFORE 8pm day of stay. Occupants upstairs include a hypo-allergenic dog who may bark when he first hears you enter the separate entrance. But will quiet right down after saying hi from behind the door.

Swimming, fishing, biking, hiking, 8 golf courses, fire pit with amazing sunsets, available for Christmas, New Year's & summer holidays. July- Aug there is a 7 night min stay, Fri to Fri.

Our place is on the Trent Severn Waterways and near down town shopping. Great for biking,kyaking, pubs and restaurants. Our suite is equipped with one bedroom with fireplace ,TV and ensuite with jacuzzi. There is a kitchen and dining area, living room with TV and fireplace. Free Wifi. There is also laundry facilities, Hot tub ,sauna and outside patio with propane fire pit and barbecue, all for your private use. We are setup for a couple and our amenities are for our guests only .
