Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Villa Martina is part of whole Villa Bellevue, however it is completely separate house with it's own spaces. House has a private parking enclosed with automatic driveway gate and house wall. Private garden consists of outdoor BBQ, playground for children and unique dog house for pets. Indoor premises offer stylish and modern design, overall house consists of living room with kitchen and dining area, three bedrooms, one of which is designated for kids and teenagers, two bathrooms and loggia.

Well equipped, clean & modern apartment, located just 300m from the beach in quiet neighborhood, with big terrace and all the commodities you need. It is the oasis if you like to relax and enjoy spectacular view of the sea and nearby islands and Mediterranean garden. Our house is pet friendly but we charge additional fee for pets.

Old stone house located in an abandoned rustic village with only 3 houses. The house has a large fenced yard 700m2 and terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the island of Cres. It is self-sustaining and gets electricity and water from natural resources.Keep on mind that there is an unpaved road leads to the house.
