Located inside the perimeter with easy access to I-285 and I-75.

This new garden basement apartment has full sized stocked kitchen, large double vanity bathroom, fully stocked game room/billiard room, and separate private office. 10 foot ceilings throughout unit and it opens to shared backyard gardens & private patio. King size bed. Your own private driveway & entrance. While not 100% soundproof from, both upstairs and downstairs have quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am. No parties allowed.

Private suite in a daylight basement, sleeps 1-6 people. Entrance to the suite is through the garage and no stairs. Our neighborhood is quite and full of large trees & friendly people. We are located close to trails, a playground, dog parks, supermarkets & great restaurants. We are 3 miles from I-75 and 6 miles from Truist Park, the Battery, Dobbins ARB, Lockeed-Martin, & the Galleria. Downtown Atlanta is about 10-15 miles south. Please review our strict pet rules before booking.

Park on the street or driveway and walk into your private living room complete with big screen flat TV, giant sectional, and kitchen corner with microwave, coffee maker and small refrigerator. You'll continue into the hallway where your quiet bedroom and separate full bath awaits. All you need for rest and relaxation await for you here in my little slice of quiet heaven! Goat Farm Guest Suite

3 goat kids born Jan 22nd! Come see them, as they grow up fast! Our goat retreat suite is on a 2 acre wooded lot in a quiet and secluded area. The suite has a private entrance off a common hallway in our detached outbuilding. A queen bed, full kitchen, bath, Wifi, cable TV. Outside is a patio & several games, plus goats (& deer & hawks, etc). Currently we have 3 goats, Dori, her older daughter Mocha, and 3 baby goats born Jan 22nd!
