The Barn is situated in a stunning and idyllic location surrounded by nature, and yet within easy access to the Village and the start of the main Snowdon footpath.The Barn has been sensitively restored and maintains many of it's original features,including crog loft (upstairs sleeping area with limited head room, accessed via steep stairs) and exposed beam ceilings.The 7.5 acres of land are situated directly behind the barn. With original beams and a cosy log burner, it offers a warm retreat. Perfect for couples and hikers, we’re 7 mins from the Rhyd Ddu Snowdon path, with rugged mountain trails starting from your door. In the heart of our farm, the barn offers a secluded feel with Eryri views from your private patio and the occasional visits from our sheep and free-roaming chickens.

A safe place to retreat from the world, and reconnect with nature, over two miles from the main road. Relaxing in the private garden listen to owls hooting or cuckoos calling. Walking from the door leads you to an old drovers track, or higher up through bilberry scrub to Cnicht, the Welsh Matterhorn, or along lanes and paths to secluded swimming spots in rivers and lakes.

My place is in the Snowdonia mountains, great views. You’ll love my place because of the location. My place is good for couples, groups, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). If you like walking the mountains or easier more level walks this is the place to be. The house is 30 min drive from Surf Snowdonia, Zip world, Penrhyn Quarry, Zip World Bounce Below, Zip World Forest, The Ffestiniog Railway and the Welsh Highland Railway. There are many Welsh Castles within a short drive.
