Relax and unwind in this little classic shotgun home and bring your "furry companion". The "Roost" was built in the 1920's and is now a duplex. Cozy, Clean and Convenient 1BR/1BA with queen bed. Close to Downtown (1.8 miles) to honky tonks, Marathon Village, Titan's Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, Vanderbilt and Hospitals -Uber $10 to downtown.

Nice quiet walking neighborhood, comfy beds, and cozy. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets) under 15 lbs. Easy access from parking area, via back deck, 3 steps up with hand rail - front door is also accessible, but does not have self entry.
