Private Guesthouse for Short Holidays

Between the town Klagenfurt and the lake Wörthersee, our home is situated in a quiet residential area 6 km from Klagenfurt center and 3km from the beautiful Wörthersee. It is also a good spot for winter holidays (ice-skating 10-15 Minutes away, Ski-Resorts 30-60 Minutes away). The distance to the Italian and Slowenian border is about 40 to 50 minutes by car, Venice and the Mediterranean Sea can be reached within 2,5 hours from here. Daytrip to Ljubljana (90km away) is also a good option!

Einfach auspannen und erholen, von hier aus Ihre Aktivitäten starten – oder beides kombinieren und einen abwechslungsreichen Tag am eigenen Strand am Badesee (ca. 220 m ) ausklingen lassen. Unsere drei Wohnungen eignen sich ausgezeichnet als zentraler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in den Karawanken oder Radtouren am Drauradweg. Zum Spazieren, Flanieren, Wohlfühlen und Entspannen erreicht man in max. 30 Min. alle bekannten Orte am Wörthersee wie zB Velden, Reifnitz, Pyramidenkogel etc.

The holiday house South Tyrol welcomes you in the middle of the lake, hiking and cycling area on Lake Wörthersee. The centre of Velden with the casino can be reached from the holiday house after 2.5 km. Nearby are three restaurants and a large beach at the lake with a playground. The lakeside resort is easily reachable on foot with a distance of 1 km. The house is situated directly on hiking and pilgrim routes such as the Wörthersee Rundwanderweg or the Marian pilgrimage route.

The holiday house is located in a quiet surrounding, in a countryside, in the hearth of a small village of Hraše, near Lesce. Located less than 5 km from Bled, 30 km from international airport Ljubljana. A cozy apartment for up to 4 people with double size bed (180cmx200cm) and a stretch out sofa, which can be turned into an extra bed (140cmx200cm). The second bedroom is on the first floor and has a separate entrance from the outside, with two single beds and privat Toilette

Charming quiet stand-alone apartment in Kraljevica, Croatia. 10 min walking from the beach. Hot tube (jacuzzi), free parking, terrace, barbecue and garden are on disposal for our guests. Apartment is separated from main house and our guest can have no physical contact with household members or neighbors. There is no other guests. Ideal for exploring northern Adriatic: 4 km from island of Krk, 15 km from Crikvenica, 30 km from Opatija and 2h to Plitvice lakes.

Surrounded by nature, meadows, and lush green forest, the village offers country life in the form of chickens, goats, and cows. There is the possibility to hike in the Alps, swim in the Adriatic sea, go rafting or kayaking in the Soča river, or visit many amazing cultural and natural sight close by in Slovenia and Italy.

Holiday House Murva - pet friendly!

Guest House Murva is loacted in the settlement of few houses as part of Dragonja village. The old Istrian house, overlooking the vineyards had a great charme which we tried to preserve during the renovation. A lot of work had to be done to make it comfortable and enjoyable and we think we suceeded.
