The entire lower floor of this Chattanooga North Shore home has been fitted out as a high end apartment comprising a bedroom, bathroom, laundry, open plan living room/kitchen and large private deck. Fully airconditioned with separate units for the bedroom and living area, all new appliances, tastefully furnished. The dedicated off-street parking space for one vehicle leads to steps providing a private entrance to the unit.

Cute Modern- Rustic pet friendly home close to all Chattanooga has to offer! Places to eat and Walmart just down the road. The house is 5 minutes from Lookout Mountain attractions, downtown, TVA (Raccoon Mtn.), hiking, biking trails, and boat ramp. Newly remodeled and furnished with most everything you might need! Welcome to North Shore Lookout! The Entire lower floor of a 6 story tall duplex up on a hill with an amazing view of DownTown. We are located within minutes of Stringers Ridge, Coolidge Park, The Aquarium, Bars and Restaurants and really everything Down Town Chattanooga has to offer. The Hot Tub is fully functioning, Private and is only for our guests at Northshore Lookout. Because we are downtown and have neighbors close by the Hot tub is closed at 10pm to limit noise. Is located just 15 min from downtown Chattanooga, Hamilton mall (8 min), Chattanooga Airport (11 min) and many touristic places. We are a family of 4 including 2 medium dogs. We are pet friendly!
