It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, & furry friends (pets).

Cozy Valley Suite: Downtown, Rock City, Ruby Falls

Relax with during your cozy Chattanooga stay in this clean and private basement suite! A quick 10 minute drive from Downtown and close to hiking and biking trails on Raccoon and Lookout Mountains, this is a great location! Rock City, Ruby Falls and the Incline Railway are all within 15 minutes. Features: Private entrance, full kitchen, full bathroom, comfy king bed, smart HDTV, and high-speed WiFi. Stay in a peaceful space offering a serene atmosphere, conveniently close to everything!

Hemlock Cottage - An enchanting place to stay!

Hemlock is a quaint cottage nestled in a forest of Hemlock trees! The porch is a tranquil spot where you look out over the the woodlands beyond. While you relax on the porch keep a lookout for wildlife which include whitetail deer, turkey and foxes. At night, turn on the bistro lights that hang in the trees and enjoy a relaxing evening in the woods by a fire. Watermore cottage is located next door if you are looking for more room, you can rent both cottages. Pet fee of $30 max 2 dogs.

Charming, Peaceful Apartment Close to Downtown

This cozy one-bedroom apartment is conveniently located in Brainerd, an up-and-coming neighborhood only ten minutes' drive from downtown Chattanooga and the Chattanooga airport. Although close to Chattanooga's shops, restaurants, bars, and galleries, the location feels secluded, making the apartment exceptionally peaceful and relaxing. Enjoy your own kitchenette, living room, and smart TV. The unit is attached to a house, but you have your own private entrance as well as a private patio.

Chattanooga is only 30 minutes away!

Harmony House Retreat - Hosted by Joe & Pat

Proudly operating under permit by Hamilton County, TN. Renovation made to meet strict regulations. Come relax at our cozy retreat nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by nature. Centrally located on Signal Mountain, you will feel safe and secure from the outside world. You can just chill, go for one of many beautiful hikes close by or even play some of the musical instruments we have available for you. We are only about 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga.

The Bird House near Fall Creek Falls State Park

This is a 1080 sq ft, 2 bedroom / 2 bath pet friendly (see details below for pets) house with a gas grill, fully equipped kitchen, fully stocked beverage station that host a coffee pot and Keurig, snacks, laundry with detergent, and a fire pit. Smart TV, WiFi, books, and board games. Fur babies are welcome, though please read through all the rules regarding pets. Please note there is a pet fee. Special note: the house will be decorated for the holiday season!

Just a 30 minute drive from Tennessee's most popular state park, Fall Creek Falls or head 30 minutes the other direction and enjoy all the Scenic City of Chattanooga has to offer. Enjoy your stay in Dunlap in a quiet subdivision located just off highway 127. One mile from downtown Dunlap. You will find our home amazingly clean and well kept with all the comforts of home.

Oliver and Lacey (the cats) would love to welcome you to Our Catty Shack! ***NOTE: Our Catty Shack comes WITH CATS*** This spiritual retreat is nestled between imposing ridgelines, abuts a state forest, and faces the powerful Tennessee river. Enjoy dramatic sun and moon rises. Luxuriate in the hot tub. Feast your eyes on the views. Only 15 minutes to downtown Chattanooga - with the peace of the country - have it all here.

Little Farmhouse in the Country

My cozy 74 yr. old farmhouse is at the end of a long gravel drive, surrounded by nothing but woods and the tranquility of nature! Enjoy the country front porch as you watch the sunset and the playful antics of my goats and their guardian dog, a Great Pyrenees named Sampson, who happily lives with his 8 friends….Mable, Callie, Mama, Fluffy, Billy, Blanche, Rose, & Dorothy.
