In November 2022 (or earlier), Magnolia House opens a new apartment hotel between Sollentuna C and Kista C, in the middle of "just north of Stockholm City". 40 rooms in a house that resembles a large villa with a shared patio and parking in a quiet residential area. We mainly have 2 room types: smaller rooms for 1 person and on the top floor there will be loft apartments for 1-4 people. Single rooms mean compact living: still private kitchen/shower. On the lower level there is a shared lounge.

Hotell Salem

Hotel Salem ligger i utkanten av Stockholms län, 23 km ifrån city. Hotellet ligger i ett mindre industriområde omsluten av bostadsområde. Byggnaden är ifrån början ett värmeverk som byggts om till hotell på insidan men på utsidan finns spår av den gamla verksamheten så som en hög skorsten. Det är inte läget eller byggnadens utseende som vi har fokuserat på för att uppnå en bra upplevelse, utan att standarden skall vara hög till ett lågt pris. In January 2023, we opened Magnolia House Sollentuna, an apartment hotel between Sollentuna C and Kista C, in the area just north of Stockholm City. 40 studios in total in a house with shared patio and parking in a quiet residential area. We are located approx. 1.5 km from Sollentuna C. The bus takes you there in 8 minutes. There is a shared lounge and laundry room. We apply self check-in, prepayment and are pet and smoke free. House rules must be respected for everyone's well-being.

Triple Studio

This spacious studio for 3 comes with a fully equipped kitchen, appliances include a large fridge and a freezer, a stove, an oven and microwave oven. Enjoy your homecooked meal at the dining table and relax in front of the TV during the evenings. The bathroom has a shower and lovely underfloor heating. Your stay includes free Wi-Fi, a basic channel selection, bed linen, towels, shower & hand soap, as well as weekly and final cleaning. Enjoy your stay!

Den här loft-studion ligger i ett hotell som ser ut som en stor villa, i ett lugnt villaområde. Bussen som går precis utanför tar dig till pendeltåget på 5 minuter. Har du bil är du inne i City på 15 min. Samtidigt har du lugn och ro hos oss med nära till naturen och när våren/sommaren kommer har du tillgång till uteplats med grill och matplatser ute i trädgården.

Enkel rum inkl frukost

Vårt hotell ligger mitt i centrala Norrköping, på endast några minuters gångväg från Norrköpings Resecentrum (buss- och tågstation) och city med butiker och restauranger. Här kan du övernatta i ett bekvämt enkelrum, Frukostbuffé ingår. Rummen har sköna sängar och badrum med dusch. På gatan utanför hotellet är det gratis att parkera mellan klockan 20.00­–08.00.
