Ta en paus och varva ner i denna fridfulla oas. Nyrenoverad 2022 i tidsenlig stil. Fullt utrustat kök inrett med alla bekvämligheter som lyfter er vistelse. Gårdshuset ligger lugnt och inbäddat i grönska. Ni får en egen trädgård att njuta i, givetvis finns även en grill tillgänglig. Här kan ni njuta av skogarna, Båven och har nära till alla sevärdheter i Sörmland. 7min gångavstånd till sjön Båven där ni disponerar privat brygga. Liten motorbåt finns att använda mot avgift, båtvana krävs.

Holiday home close to beautiful lake

Only one hour’s drive by car from Stockholm (35 min from Stockholm Skavsta Airport) you find this calm and relaxing place where peace of nature is easy to find. Perched on a small hillside where the wind rarely blows this house offers a serene getaway. Go for a swim at the lake just a few hundred meters away or just relax on the spacious deck. The place is equally beautiful in winter when you can curl up with a book by the fire or connect with nature from the veranda.

Modernt hus på havstomt med egenbrygga avskiltläge

Du/ni kommer att älska mitt ställe pga av naturen, solen från morgon till kväll, lugnet, havet, de gigantiska fönsterna. Njut av lugnet, djurlivet. Huset är byggt för att få er att känna att ni är mitt i naturen fast inomhus. Ta gärna skogsvandringar i närområdet. Till huset tar ni er med fördel med motorbåten med en 4 hp roddbåt, som ingår, då det är ca 500m skogspromenad genom skogen från parkeringen. På vintern går ni genom skogen om båten inte ligger i vattnet.
