Denna lilla studiolägenhet (16 kvm - 1 rum med duschrum och kokvrå) ligger på Nobeltorget nära Folkets Park. Endast tio minuter med buss från centralstationen och 20 min promenad till downtown. Citycyklar och tre olika busslinjer utanför huset! Du får tillgång till en lummig trädgård med grillplats, ett lusthus och du kan till och med unna dig en avslappnande och rogivande stund i vår relaxavdelning med bastu, bubbelpool & massagefåtölj. Eget ställe, lugnt och skönt med närhet till allt!

En grön oas i centrala Malmö

Cosy appartment in a peaceful area in city centre. The garden is quiet, green and has a BBQ and outdoor furniture. Situated only a 10 minute walk from train station Triangeln that takes you to Copenhagen and all other places. Only a 5 minute walk to the lovely square Möllevångstorget. Filled with cosy restaurants, pubs and a lovely fruit market. Just across the street you have a small park where you can enjoy one of the famous and cheap food falafel, if you ask me, it’s the BEST in town

Studiolägenhet centralt Dalaplan

Perfekt boende för 2 vuxna! Centralt på Dalaplan. Gångavstånd till Möllan & även buss/tågförbindelser är bara ett par minuter bort. ej komplett kök! Ugn saknas. Finns: 1 st induktionshäll, kaffebryggare, pressobryggare. Kylskåp med likvärdigt stor frys finns. Wifi ingår. Säkerhet: Utrustat med larm, möjlighet till både hel-larm men även skalskydd. Hos mig är du alltid trygg ♥️ Host bor vägg i vägg. Har hundar (3små) samt barn på halvtid. Så har du husdjur är dessa också välkomna 😻

Trevlig studio i Malmö

Koppla av i min studio när ni är i Malmö/CPH. Till Triangelns tågstation är det ca 30 min att gå/10 min med buss. 5 min tar tåget från Triangeln till Hyllie/Malmö arena. Det tar ca 15-20 min att gå till Södervärn, Folkets Park och resten av centrala Malmö. Som värd svarar jag på frågor och kan ge rekommendationer. Jag började hyra ut under Eurovision 2024 och har nöjda gäster. Observera: Ej wi-fi. Ej barn 0-15 år. Vån 3 - ej hiss. Europe Smash 2026: senaste dag att checka in: 6 augusti.

Lovely and newly built modern apartment with all the facilities you need. Located in a peaceful area close to supermarkets, parks and beautiful nature. At same time close to the heart of Malmö. Highway is 5 min away and free parking in front of the house is available. There is one queen-size bed for two persons and on the second floor there is two single beds. Longer terms staying guests will have access to laundry room.

You will have access to the whole apartment with the kitchen and all its furniture which you can use. It’s also very close to Malmö’s central bus station and only 5 minutes from one of the city’s main squares, which is filled with restaurants and pubs.
