Alles Comfortappartement, Beim diesem Appartementpreis ist keine Premiumcard includiert (Benutzung von der Freizeit Arena ) Kurtaxe wir vor Ort berechnet €5 pro Person pro Nacht im Sommer. Von Jänner bis Februar werden unsere Appartements nur von Samstag bis Samstag vermietet. Sie können die Bilder der Appartements auf meiner Homepage ansehen. Frühstück können Sie vor Ort mit buchen. €20 pro Person pro Tag. Das Waschen und Trocknen der Wäsche kostet pro Waschgang €10 und ist nicht kostenfrei.

The "Sunnseitn Lodge Mountainsuite" holiday flat is located in Moos in Passeier/Moso in Passiria and offers guests a spectacular panoramic view of the surrounding Alps. The 77 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and thus offers space for 6 people. Furthermore, a private infrared sauna is at your disposal. The amenities also include high-speed WLAN (suitable for video calls) and a TV.

Gemütliches Studio in zentraler Lage (20 m²) mit idealer Anbindung zu den Skigebieten: 10 Min. mit dem Bus nach Sölden, 15 Min. nach Ötz und 25 Min. nach Gurgl. Der Einstieg in die Loipe ist direkt vom Haus aus möglich. Im Sommer können Sie Radfahren, Biken und Klettern. Lebensmittelgeschäft und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich nur 1 Gehminute entfernt. Haustiere sind NUR AUF ANFRAGE gestattet und herzlich Willkommen!

A delightful sunny apartment situated on the first floor with imposing mountain views from the south facing Lounge and Balcony. The House is situated in the alpine village of Zwieselstein (1.472 m), in the Ötztal Valley, arguably the prettiest in the Tirol. ‘Residenz Zwieselstein’ is 3km to the South of Sölden in the heart of the Ötztal Alps. The area offers picturesque surroundings and impressive infrastructure and facilities.

Our house "Juwel" and is located in the district Außerwald, above the centre of Sölden, just next to the ski slopes. The apartments provide modern tyrolian furniture, fantastic view over the mountains, free wifi and sauna. Relax in the comfortable living room with sofa area, large TV and cosy dining place. Nearby you will find several restaurants and the "Zentrum Shuttle" (cablecar) will take you to the center in a few minutes.
