Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem 2018 errichteten Haus im Zentrum der beschaulichen Ötztaler Gemeinde Längenfeld. Die Umgebung ist trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig und sonnig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bushaltestellen, örtliche Infrastruktur und die Therme "Aqua Dome" sind fußläufig binnen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung selbst liegt im 1. Stock und besteht aus einer eingerichteten Wohnküche, Badezimmer, Schlafzimmer und einem Zimmer mit ausziehbarer Schlafcouch.(Gesamtgröße 56m²)

Eine große Terrasse und Garten bieten die beste Gelegenheit zum Ausruhen, Sonne tanken oder Grillen. Kostenfreies WLAN und Parkplätze direkt am Haus stehen zur Verfügung. Zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer und eine geräumige Wohnküche bieten viel Platz und Privatsphäre.

Die 2012 erbaute Residenz Berghof befindet sich wunderschön gelegen in der Olympia Region Seefeld mit Blick auf das Dorf Mösern und die größte freihängende Glocke Tirols - die Friedensglocke, die jeden Tag um 17 Uhr als Zeichen des Friedens läutet. Dieser wunderschöne Fleck Erde wird wegen seiner Sonnen verwöhnten Höhenlage auf 1200 m das Schwalbennest Tirols genannt. Alles Comfortappartement, Beim diesem Appartementpreis ist keine Premiumcard includiert Kurtaxe wir vor Ort berechnet €3,50 pro Person pro Nacht im Sommer. Von Jänner bis Februar werden unsere Appartements nur von Samstag bis Samstag vermietet. Sie können die Bilder der Appartements auf meiner Homepage ansehen. Frühstück können Sie vor Ort mit buchen. €20 pro Person pro Tag. Das Waschen und Trocknen der Wäsche kostet pro Waschgang €10 und ist nicht kostenfrei.
