Petit France in Florida

This cozy and unique guest house locates in a calm and peaceful neighborhood. We were inspired by rural France when decorated it yet we made sure it had all modern amenities! Both main and guest house sit on a 2 acres fenced lot which is large enough to provide you privacy. There is a sizeable pond on a property which is stocked with fish. Enjoy the views and sounds of a nature and don’t be surprised if you see gopher turtles:) Down town Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte both are about 15 mins away

The open plan apartment has an 80” Peacock enabled TV that allows you to use your own Netflix, Amazon Prime or any subscriptions you have by entering your home password & pin. In the main area there is a 2 seater settee & a small dining/working area and on site Wi-Fi and a full kitchen.

bring the whole family including your pets to this peaceful orchard and garden oasis. the action packed backyard of this duplex proudly boasts over 40 fruit trees of various varieties including banana, orange, lemon, fig, mango, papaya... and many more! choose to fish from the dock in the backyard canal, go exploring with the kayaks or paddleboards, play in the sandbox, try out the slackline, or even say "hi" to the chickens (maybe even grab a few fresh eggs for breakfast).

Enjoy your own 2 room suite in this lovely secluded neighborhood. The bamboo floors and light colored wood make your space bright and cheerful. The back yard features a 2 story tiki hut, hammock, fire pit, and dock for your relaxation. Arrive by land or by sea. The sailboat access canal is only 300 yards from the Peace River and the dock is powered 110V. The home is at the end of a cul-de-sac with a large open area in front of the house.
