The upper floor has a stunning Living Room /open Loft with wood fireplace, TV area, dining area and separate kitchen. Private ski room with boots warmer, Laundry corner, and a shared outside lounge with barbecue. Daily Breakfast, Pizza Nights or Gourmet Nights can be booked anytime.

Our guests can set off from right in front of the house, either on foot, or on the bus for free that takes you from just outside the house to the nearby ski lifts in 5 minutes.

The comfortable apartment “Ferienwohnung Rot”, part of the holiday lodge “Pfandlerhof”, is situated outside of the village St. Martin in the scenic Passeier Valley (Val Passiria), which is a perfect area for hiking, mountain biking or skiing holidays. The wheelchair-accessible apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.

The 200 m² "Apt. Penthouse – Chalet Schenna" is located in a quiet area at the entrance to the village of Schenna and offers an ideal starting point for your stay. The holiday apartment on the 2nd floor is modern and high-quality, featuring a cozy living room with an open, well-equipped kitchen including a large kitchen island. With three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a sofa bed in the living room, and an additional guest WC, the accommodation can host up to eight people.
